Seeking For WRITER 

 

We, Hong Kong Arbitration Society is now seeking for a writer who have well experienced in mediation for the “Mediation Practice Manual”.  The objectives of the said manual for:-

 

a. developing the practical mediation approaches and methodologies and advancing mediation skills of mediators through practical experience; 

 

b. enhancing and equipping mediators with the skills and knowledge of handling commercial disputes,in particular, the disputes of the Belt and Road.

 

c. promoting Hong Kong’s mediation services and introducing the practical mediation approaches and methodologies in the targeted cities along the Belt and Road.
