What is Adjudication

What is Adjudication
The government and the courts have been actively promoting adjudication recently. Adjudication is one way of resolving disputes. It is simpler, more effective and quicker than litigation and traditional arbitration. Adjudication is where the parties agree that an independent adjudicator will conduct adjudication according to their contract and specified law. A decision made by an adjudicator is binding. However, an arbitration tribunal or a court can make amendments to it.
