It is simpler, more effective and quicker than litigation and traditional arbitration. Adjudication is where the parties agree that an independent adjudicator will conduct adjudication according to their contract and specified law. A decision made by an adjudicator is binding. However, an arbitration tribunal or a court can make amendments to it.
